1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CorporateFlights.com, including its flight-search tools, business-travel content, links and related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Flight-search and referral service
CorporateFlights.com provides flight-search, comparison, informational, advertising and referral features for corporate and business travel. We are not an airline and do not directly issue airline tickets.
3. Connected Trip flight results
The flight-results experience may continue to Connected Trip. Connected Trip is part of the requested search journey and may display available itineraries, fares and schedules before you continue to an independent airline or travel provider.
4. Independent airlines and travel providers
Airlines, online travel agencies and other travel providers are independent third parties. The selected provider is normally responsible for payment processing, ticket issuance, confirmation, schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, seats and other post-booking matters.
5. Prices, schedules and availability
Airfares, taxes, fees, schedules, fare classes, seats and inventory can change frequently. A displayed price is not guaranteed until the final provider accepts and confirms the booking. Review the complete price and itinerary before payment.
6. Corporate and business-travel use
The site can be used for lawful business travel research, including executive travel, employee trips, meetings, conferences, training and team travel. CorporateFlights.com does not promise negotiated corporate rates, travel-policy enforcement, duty-of-care services, expense management or managed-travel services unless a feature expressly states otherwise.
7. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing traveler names, dates, airports, travel documents, entry and transit requirements, baggage rules, fare conditions and sufficient connection or ground-transport time. Business deadlines do not alter the independent provider's rules.
8. Affiliate relationships
CorporateFlights.com may use affiliate links, widgets, referral parameters and travel technology, including technology available through Travelpayouts. We may receive compensation from qualifying activity.
9. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business travel research. You may not interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, misuse automated systems or infringe the rights of others.
10. Third-party sites and services
Links or integrations can lead to independent websites. CorporateFlights.com does not control their availability, security, prices, products, policies or practices. Review the terms and privacy notice of the third party you choose.
11. Intellectual property
Except for third-party materials, original CorporateFlights.com design, text, software, compilation and branding are owned by or licensed to the site operator. Airline names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every airline or fare will be available, or that a displayed fare is the absolute lowest fare available anywhere.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorporateFlights.com and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from an independent travel provider's act or omission. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as services, technology, partners or legal requirements change. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

General site questions can be reviewed through the CorporateFlights.com Help page. Questions about an existing ticket, refund, cancellation or schedule change should be directed to the airline or travel provider shown on the booking confirmation.
